The rubber cuff welder is a single-purpose device intended for welding rubber cuffs, according to predefined and user-changeable (USB import/export) recipes. Detailed description:The welding machine is a single-service and single-purpose device, intended for welding rubber cuffs with base material according to samples supplied by the customer. Welding takes place by simultaneously melting the foil through a rubber cuff and pressing the layers of material at the point of welding at a specified temperature.
The machine frame is a combination of welded and bolted steel profile construction. The application surface consists of a machined aluminum plate with silicone rubber, which is placed on the work plate of the welded structure. The delineation of the silicone rubber is provided by a stainless steel frame with suction holes for vacuum holding. Optimum alignment of the application surface with the application head can be achieved with the help of setting and fixing screws.
The movement of the welding application head and the safety cover is ensured by a pneumatic cylinder, which is equipped with a controlled non-return valve against spontaneous lowering in the event of interruption of the compressed air supply. The actual welding head is aluminum, with an inserted heating element. Alignment of the welding plate is again made possible by setting and fixing screws.
An electrical switchboard with control elements is located on the frame in the left part near the operator. Two-hand start buttons and an emergency stop button are located in the operator's place. Rotating wheels with locking are fixed on the frame, for easy moving of the device.
