Replacement cutting head for cordless vibrating cutter, Rasor® RS1 shears. This original part is registered under the number BA RS01.
Complete head for the Rasor RS-1 vibrating cutters.
The complete BA RS01 head always includes:
- own plastic head
- inner shaft
- driving plastic sleeve with spring
- high-quality knife (blades) with carbide surface with tungsten steel inserts (Widia ®)
Use of type RS01 - it is perfect for cutting common material incl. textile and similar. For cutting aramid (Kevlar), carbon, glass fabric and technical fabric, we recommend the Rasor RS1S scissors together with the RS02 head.
The cutting blades are consumable part and must be replaced. To replace the cutting head, proceed as follows: unscrew and remove the two fixing screws and their washers (1), remove the cutting head (2) and replace it with another one of the same size and technical parameters (in this case BA RS01), place the washers and tighten the previously dismantled fastening screws.
