Compression machine KS-1200 (roll mattress packer)
Semi-automatic machine KS 1200 is used to compress mattresses. Maximum mattress width is 1200mm, height to 250mm. Diameter of compressed mattress is approx. 300 - 370mm (depending on the type of input material).
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.

Why compress mattresses?
For better transportation, and especially for easy handling of the mattress at customer's acceptance, the mattresses are compressed into a cylinder. At the same time, during compression, mattresses pressed into a roll are packed in a plastic package and are ready for dispatch to the customer.
